These reports were written by Russ Miller, founder of Creation,Evolution & Science Ministries, with Jim Dobkins, an Arizona-based author.
In succession these reports document how the United States was founded by predominately Christian men upon predominately Christian principles, how Darwinian-style evolution concepts crept in and now dominate public schools at all levels in America, what happened to Planet Earth during and after the 371 days that Noah and the other seven people lived on the ark during the global flood, and how today’s Church has been made largely irrelevant by Biblical compromise.

A bit of advice from Russ Miller
Read these reports with an open mind. I say this coming from a background of having been a Theistic Evolutionist. I believed that God created everything; however, I believed He had to have taken billions of years to get the job done.
That belief made an hypocrisy of my Christian testimony and witness as old-earth beliefs teach that it was billions of years of death and suffering that eventually brought man into existence.
But God’s Word states that it was man’s sin that brought death into existence, separating us from Him and requiring that we be reunited, or redeemed, with Him. This is the foundation for why Jesus died on that cross—to redeem Believers with our Creator.
Old-earth beliefs, which deny the global flood for reasons I will soon explain, represent the single greatest assault on the Bible’s foundations in all of history.
When my eyes were opened to the truth, which is that the Bible is true word for word and cover to cover, my life’s mission became focused on teaching others what I had learned:
Namely, that how the earth’s strata layers formed is the key to one’s belief in the age of the earth and when sin and death entered the world. These are keys to whether people place their faith in God’s Word and His plan of salvation.
This will become crystal clear as you read this writing.
This report presents and discusses the multitude of evidence that is available for examination. My contention is that this evidence clearly documents a global flood and an earth that is thousands of years old, and not billions or even millions of years old.
If you are a fellow Believer who trusts that the earth is only a few thousand years old you will relish this report’s refutation of old-earth beliefs.
And if you hold to old-earth beliefs, my hope is that you will carefully weigh the evidence just as I once did.
Don’t be surprised if you never look at our planet the same way again.

Philosopher Malcolm Muggeridge stated in the Pascal Lectures, University of Waterloo, Ontario, Canada, that:

The purpose of this report is to expose the lies of Darwinism. We are making our case strictly on how Darwinism stands up under the microscope of real science, and not hearsay or putting together strings of incredible assumptions as Secularists do. Darwinism Pollutes our Society

Author’s Note: The Submerging Church
As I was turning off my computer and packing up my projector at the end of a Creation Seminar I recently presented, a young man approached me.
“I’m 20 years old,” he said, “and I haven’t been to church in three years but what you taught me tonight has completely changed my mind about Christianity. I wanted you to know that I will be back in church starting this Sunday.”
He went on to explain that as he was growing up in his Christian church he became increasingly confused, frustrated and downright mad. The church had no answers to anything relevant in his life. He didn’t think there were any viable answers to questions about science, evolution, old-earth beliefs, “there is no God,” etc.
So this young man did what 85% of Christian-raised kids do these days—he stopped going to church. He also stopped believing God’s Word.
When God called me to teach the Truth of God’s Word and the science that supports the Biblical Creation account, I was disheartened and discouraged at every turn. The vast majority of churches would not even let me present the information.
The reasons I was given were many, but the bottom line was this: they did not believe in the Bible’s accounts about our creation and they didn’t care to hear why there was no reason to compromise on these issues.
They had become part of what I now refer to as the Submerging Church, a movement that is misleading hundreds of millions of Christians and seekers.
Today’s Church is being sapped of its influence, vitality and sustainability. It is sinking, submerging like a leaky boat taking on water.
This report, The Submerging Church, reveals that to destroy true Christian faith, one must simply compromise or ignore the first few chapters of the Book of Genesis, especially the validity of a recent Creation.
We expose the depth to which compromises with secular opinions have embedded themselves into the Submerging Church, and we explore what can be done and how you can be part of the solution.
